Fantastic Stay!
clean room amazing view friendly hostess
the room was clean and warm! it had an amazing view of the fields. i especially liked that the hostess was friendly and ready to help!
The curtains let in a lot of sunlight. The room was fully lit by 4:30 am!

The location is very quiet and rural, which i found idyllic. it is only minutes from the m20. This gives fast access. i found getting to places simple and quick.

basic stay near tunnel
large portions on-site parking convenient drive
the breakfast had many options and large portions. parking existed on site, so i did not worry about my car. i could bring takeaway food back to eat downstairs, it was convenient after a long drive.
the curtains were very thin. this allowed all the sunlight to enter the room, so i woke up early. they need proper curtains. this should ensure guests can sleep comfortably.

the family room was large with enough space for everyone. the bathroom was also huge. it contained a jacuzzi jet bath, my kids loved it, they were very happy.

the host was very helpful. i forgot my toothbrush, so i asked for one, and they gave it to me. the host gave clear directions for reaching the channel tunnel.

Acceptable Stay with Issues
weak shower pressure thin curtains
I found a few issues . The shower pressure was weak. It barely produced a trickle. I noticed the curtains were quite thin, causing the room to be filled with sunlight very early in the morning around 4:30 AM, which disrupted my sleep. These issues impacted my overall experience negatively.
